Do you use essential oil?

I love using essential oils and use them in a lot of my soaps, but I also use some fragrances oils too. Many of the fragrance oils that I use are all natural and the reason I use them is because not all fragrances are available in essential oil form. All of my soaps have the list of ingredients on the back label of the soap. That way you know just what you are putting on your skin.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, I would love to help create a custom order. Please remember that all orders take 6 weeks to cure after the soap is made. Therefore, custom orders usually have an 8 week turn-around time. Contact me for more information.

What about refunds, returns and exchanges?

​

I am dedicated to providing my customers with an outstanding product. I want you to be happy so if for some reason you aren't happy, I will gladly exchange or refund any unused product in it's original condition. Just contact me!

How much is shipping?

​

Most orders ship within 24 hours. Shipping cost will be determined when a shipping address is entered in the checkout. Most packages are shipped by the USPS and sometimes by UPS. If an order has a shipping cost that is less than what is quoted at checkout, I will be happy to refund any amount.

If you live in the California, Missouri area please call me and I would love to work out a drop off point for you so that you don't have to pay shipping cost!
